We’ve meticulously created our service options so our clients can get exactly what they need. Whether you’re hands-on and want some expert help with your project or you want us to handle everything for you from concept to dream home, we’ve got you covered.
While our approach for each client is customized to their specific needs, we have created a simple framework to get the process started. Please see below.
FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
Our full service design approach is well suited for residential and commercial design projects where we create and deliver a design plan from concept through the final installation. We then carefully manage every detail throughout the entirety of the project. These design projects range from entire homes or offices to multiple rooms or even single rooms, such as a master bedroom or kitchen.
Our full service design projects include the following elements:
Design concepts, space/floor plans as well as elevations to fine tune your desired selections
Design presentations
Project management, including schedule and scope oversight, coordinating vendor deliverables, budget tracking, organizing site and client meetings with agendas and meeting minutes for the entire project team
3D and virtual renderings
Furniture, fixture and material selections
Procurement, order management and storage of items until delivery
White glove delivery and installation day management!
We dive deep into each of our established phases (see below) to plan, prepare and execute a design that ideally suits your design goals and objectives.
As there are many moving parts involved in the design process, our full service design approach allows us to expertly manage every detail – large and small – so you don’t have to.

To help you better understand, here is a quick overview of our full-service design approach:
phase 1
Connect with us – either here on the website or on social media. We will then send you an online client design questionnaire. Once completed, we will schedule an in-home consultation to assess your current design situation and needs, overall vision, investment in the space(s) and our pricing structure.
phase 2
After your consultation, we will forward a project proposal and letter of agreement. The proposal will outline our scope of work, goals for the space(s), our design fee and recommended furniture budget.
phase 3
From here, we do what we do best – design! We take the insights from phase 1-2 and start designing your new space(s). We create concept boards, floor plans, 3D renderings and source/manage all furnishings and accessory orders.
phase 4
Once our carefully sourced furnishings and accessories arrive to our warehouse, we will schedule white glove delivery! This is where the magic happens and our vision comes to life. The end result will be a beautifully balanced home that tells your family’s story.

Pre-Construction Design Review
We partner with trusted architects and builders by reviewing project drawings for new home construction and major renovations. We schedule timely client meetings with the entire project team to ensure our client’s construction and design goals are achieved. This prevents future schedule delays and costly change orders. Collaborating with MBM Design in the early stages saves our clients time and expedites project deliverables.
